Our placement department focuses on getting a roof over our client’s head, with or without care services included. We match our clients to the senior communities or skilled nursing care that meets their care needs while also working with their budget and/ or insurance. To help with the cost of assisted living or skilled care, we check eligibility for assistance programs available through VA, Medicare, Medi-Cal or Long Term Care insurance.

Low income seniors who need immediate placement may need to have a roommate until additional assistance can be applied for and comes through. Most of the communities that we work with, which have immediate availability, offer month-to-month terms with no credit check. To work with our program, a senior should have an income through social security or disability income, or family assistance with payment if no income is present.
