Maintenance Service
If you have a wheelchair, power wheelchair or mobility scooter that was purchased through Medicare, then you may be able to have scheduled repair service and cleaning performed, as needed.
Repair Service May Include:
- Pickup and delivery of your equipment
- Loaner scooter or chair provided
- Diagnostic evaluation
- Ordering and installation of parts
- Cleaning and disinfecting equipment
Repair Process
- Complete an intake over the phone
- We work with local vendors to check your eligibility
- If your insurance qualifies you will be provided a loaner and your chair will be picked up for service
- Parts are ordered, this step typically takes 2-5 business days
- Your chair is repaired and then returned to you, this is typically within a few business days after receiving parts”

Get a New Wheelchair/ Power Mobility Device
If your current wheelchair, power wheelchair or scooter is either a) broken beyond repair or b) over five years old, then we can help you get a replacement piece of equipment ordered.
