Helping Hands is here to talk to seniors, or their families, about the resources their community has to offer. Our service is absolutely free to our clients and our aim is connect them to services that are free, paid for through insurance or heavily subsidized.

Our organization is separated into two unique departments to serve our clients need to find a new place to live and/ or coordinate care.

Our Process

  • 1

    We gather basic information about your concerns, needs, health, support structure, income, insurance and other critical information. We call this our “intake”, it takes about 10 minutes and can be done right over the phone with one of our intake coordinators.

    Your intake coordinator will pass your completed intake over to the appropriate department for help with care coordination or residential placement depending on what you have requested help with.

    Our team will collaborate about potential resources, care services and/ or placement options that you may benefit from and get back to you within 1-3 business days with options for you to consider.

  • 4

    Now that you have your list of resources, it is time to take action. You decide which options you want more information about and then we will let you know the process to implement the care plan that we have created together.
